What proposal development methodology do you use?

Technical and Business Assistance is provided to support the commercialization of your technology. Specific implantation varies among the participating agencies, so be sure to check their specific instructions with each solicitation. Typically, selecting TABA funding adds up to $6,500 to a Phase I and up to $50,000 to a Phase II SBIR/STTR.

What is your typical proposal management engagement process?

We provide end-to-end support from the RFI/RFP identification process to proposal submission. Our process generally begins with identifying bid opportunities that fit your business goals; reviewing the solicitation to inform a go/no-go decision; hosting a kickoff meeting to introduce our team and learn more about the technical team; provide an outline and compliance matrix; creating and managing a task list to keep the team focused; providing content recommendations and reviewing initial drafts to focus the narrative on the evaluation criteria; writing content where needed, performing Red Team Review to ensure the proposal is compliant and compelling; and assisting with the submission process.

Where do you focus your proposal coaching guidance?

We focus our coaching to enable your team to improve their technical sections, develop compelling and targeted arguments, be more efficient and reduce writing time. We teach your writing team to think like a reviewer and develop their proposal writing skills.

How do I obtain letters of support?

We take on this task. Based on our analysis of the bid requirements, capability gaps and the competition, we identify, engage with and recruit strategic partners.

Do you provide proposal templates?

Yes, we provide a variety of compliant writing templates that help you focus your ideas, structure content and reduce overall writing time.

Do you work under firm-fixed price agreement?

Yes, we typically work under firm-fixed agreements. We do not work on a commission or contingency fee basis.
