Do you provide supplemental materials that can be used after training?
We make available to the trainees soft versions of Strategy Guides, Evaluation Criteria Tables, topic Storyboards created, training deck slides, solicitations and any other collateral generated during the training.
Do you provide any proposal writing guides, tools, or templates?
Yes, we provide “Strategy Guides” tailored to each solicitation. These open, MS Word documents are format compliant and include suggestions to populate each section of the document.
Do you have training that applies to first time proposal writers as well as advanced topics?
Training is tailored to the audience, however, as most audiences have both new and seasoned section writers, each training session includes processes for new persons and tips that prove valuable for those who have been doing this for a long time.
Can you elaborate on the Proposal Bootcamp events?
We provide on-site, one day training using a mock Source Evaluation Board (SEB) model. We take one of your proposals and the related solicitation and use these for the team to perform as SEB. The solicitation is used to crate scorecards, teams score and compare notes. We also use what is learned to create storyboards for current topics of interest.
